The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is actively seeking retired Police Officers at the Inspector rank to join as Consultants for investigative work. According to the official CBI Recruitment 2023 notification, there are currently three vacancies available for this position. Successful candidates will be stationed in Hyderabad.

As outlined in the official notification for CBI Recruitment 2023, the selected Consultant will be initially appointed for a one-year term, with the possibility of extension for an additional year. The maximum age limit for applicants is 65 years, as specified in the same notification.

To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university and possess a strong command of written English. The chosen individuals will receive a predetermined monthly salary.
