Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Trailer - Aquaman 2 details (Most anticipated movies of 2023)
The released trailer, for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom gives us a glimpse of an action-packed sequel to the 2018 film. Jason Momoa reprises his role as Aquaman returning to protect the realm of Atlantis from danger.
In addition to Momoa, we see faces like Amber Heard Mera Patrick Wilson as Orm Marius, and Yahya Abdul Mateen II as Black Manta. The movie also introduces characters; Pilou Asbæk portrays the antagonist King Nereus and Jani Zhao plays Stingray.
The trailer showcases Aquaman and Mera embarking on a mission to thwart a threat that is endangering Atlantis. They are accompanied by Black Manta, who seeks vengeance against Aquaman for his father’s demise. The trailer also provides breathtaking visuals alongside thrilling action sequences.
Directed by James Wan, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is slated for release, in theaters on December 16th, 2023.
