Atlee Confirms Jawan Sequel: "Definitely Will Come Up With One Day"
Director Atlee has confirmed that he will be making a sequel to his upcoming film, Jawan. The film, which stars Shah Rukh Khan in a double role, is set to release in June 2023.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Atlee said, “Definitely, I will come up with a sequel to Jawan one day. I have a lot of ideas in mind, but I want to see how the audience reacts to the first part before I start working on the sequel.”
Atlee also revealed that he has already discussed the idea of a sequel with Shah Rukh Khan, and the actor is excited about it. “I have spoken to Shah Rukh sir about the sequel, and he is very enthusiastic. He is always looking for new and challenging roles, and I am confident that he will deliver an even better performance in the sequel,” Atlee said.
Jawan is a highly anticipated film, and it is expected to be one of the biggest hits of 2023. The film is produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and Nayanthara’s Rowdy Pictures.
